We don't have the option to not mix neutral fields with others. Many users have over 30 fields in their kind 0. It doesn't matter what the nip says. It is normal for clients to add fields there and there is nothing you or the nip repo can do about it. All we can do is to try to document what's there, regardless of how useful the field actually is.
