But, the context is having to walk across compact snow and ice a lot to get to things like rodent bait stations for monthly or quarterly servicings. Sucks enough doing that in freezing temperatures. It's many times worse being slowed way down by slip and fall hazards. That makes the YakTrax feel really nice.
