I've had that happen a few times.
It's either being on a new device, a separate tab session, or on a different web browser.
Not sure if any of my cases solves your issue.
I would agree would be nice if there's a table that it references.
I could be horribly wrong but I'm not sure if that's generated from cookie/ cache data.
