I’ve been working on two additional articles that dive deeply into Go’s context behavior around values and cancellation (as separate topics — even though they are almost one and the same). No idea when they will be complete, but they require more spelunking than I am normally comfortable doing.

There is a profound amount of meat to each of these if you want to meaningfully cover the topics in a substantive way that explains the open gaps and implicit assumptions of the API in the ecosystem.
