I get up around 6:00 AM. Cats wake me up. By 9:30 PM I'm nodding off, and I have a pretty easy schedule most days. If I miss an hour or two of sleep, I really feel it, especially if it happens for several days in a row. Aging does this to us -- and I'm barely into my 60's. He was just tired and needs a little more sleep than he's been getting.
