My head feels like its in a pillow case today. I'm on hold trying to contact my doctor's office about the 4.5mg naltrexone prescription that's been hung up for ten days now between the doctor, his office, my insurance, and the pharmacy.

I am still waiting for a call to schedule the breathing test and also a call to schedule with the Stanford long COVID clinic.

Why is healthcare so dysfunctional? How are sick people supposed to navigate this?
