You can't just stop. It has to be a gradual transition, which is exactly what #Starmer is offering, what the nation wants. Their consistent high polling numbers bear this out.
The #Labour left & #Corbyn were roundly rejected by the electorate in 2019, & the #UK & the party have moved on, even though the far left can't.
