My advice for everyone struggling at the moment is move to the country and get some cows.
Feeling overwhelmed? Cows
Stressed in your job? Cows
Worried about inflation? Cows
Obviously I'm just being silly here but when talking to my city friends about their challenges, worries and stressors I honestly reflect on how moving to the country would meaningfully improve their lives.
