I think a lot of American CEOs genuinely believe there is no talent in America anymore. Why? Because they ask recruiting firms where the talent is. You know what recruiting firms are? The biggest pushers of DEI in the entire world. You gut recruiting firms and you fix this problem overnight. I don't know why nobody is talking about this.
