Isn't the entire point of the autopen allows the president to "sign" docs when out of the office?

So why do I hear the right talking about 'Oh, well Biden was out of the country, so it must have been so.eone else using the auto pen.' ?

Am I missing something, or are they simply preying on the publics' ignorance, as usual?
