I mostly use #Amethyst on Android and it has a search option. I can just typed "pizza" and it will throw me all 🍕 mentions on the relays I'm connected to.
On desktop you can try the search on nostr.band and follow the people that are interested in your topic.
If you are an Android user, Amethyst give you an option to follow the topics like #pizza
