What about DCA’ing between approx blocks -100,000 and +100,000 around each halving? That’s pretty much about the end and beginning of each epoch where things are deleveraging or cooled off. There are tons of on-chain metrics out there to study behaviour of different market participants but if you want a simple rule of thumb maybe that’s simple enough?
