Yes, I see a difference in me and my husband. fx I still crave salt and he barley does, and also I eat a LOT more fat than him. I am a small woman and for the first 6 months I ate about 100-150g of butter on the side of my 2-3 big fatty meat and egg meals. Fat is very important to women, and we tend to undereat it a lot. A good indicator is the stool. If constipated = not enough fat. If diarrhea = too much fat/too much liquid fat (try solid insted).

Also some women feel like their appetite go crazy after starting carnivore. That is not a bad thing. I gained some weigth from that and now it is slowly but surely comming off. The body wants to refill it self wirh nutrients!

It can be good to suppliment with iodine as well. I do that.

Steak and Butter Gal on youtube has some great insights on starting carnivore and her best tip and she has been carnivore 6 years now I think. I also made an interview on youtube on how I transitioned and later moved my family with me in direction of carnivore eating 😊
