My lil kitties who started off as "we probably should have handled them more" as they were passed to me in a parking lot in November 2023, went from skittish to psychotically destructive to COMPLETELY FUCKING DELIGHTFUL. All in the space of a year. They flip over for belly rubs and meow-scream when I sing and run to find me (Edith leaves 🎺). They are both excellent huggers.

Tonight when I found a mat on Chet's belly I was able to snip it off while he watched, blinking. Owl started birddoging in hopes that this was some new marvelous attention device he could have a turn with next. They are gaga over the brush.
