A recent job change, daily commute, other learning projects and some recent health problems has translated to less and less time for ham radio operating and homebrewing. I have a couple of projects right in the bench gathering dust.

After much head scratching, I have decided to downsize the shack by selling off things I am not using and try to finish off the two projects on the bench and revisit ham radio once I have more time. It is just not working out at the moment.
