it is absolutely real.. so many people say to me things like "give it a year" "yeah right youre totally cis" and think its funny or they am helping me realize something.
it is just misgendering, and pushes actual trans people more into the closet, and for cis people like me it just makes trans community look awful.
i learned transphobia from egg culture, thinking all trans people want to force me to be trans. it took a long time to find that was a minority.
