Aaaaargh. Have I mentioned before how much I hate #docker? Running paperless and wanting to consume .docx documents, it seems the only way is to install Tika (can do from bare metal bit it's a pain in the backside) and Gotenberg (docker only).
I don't hate many things, but there's a special place in hell for docker.
