Don't sleep on periodontal and dental cleanliness. It's upstream of good body health...since I went all in a few weeks ago I've noticed clearer skin and more morning 🪵.
Research periodontal health and heart disease dementia and inflammation. The bacteria yeast and protozoan (parasites) are poisoning you slowly with their toxic metabolites.
Floss, water pick with periodontal attachment on low pressure, and brush 2x (I use Ioniq toothbrush). I use combo 1:1 water to hydrogen peroxide + a tincture of eucalyptus oil, wormwood, sage, and anise (anti parasite) for brushing and water pick. Eating only 3x per day and brushing/flossing after each meal.
Use a cannula or syringe for deep pockets over 4mm with the same mixture.
Also brushing with hydroxyapetite toothpaste a few times a week and leaving residue on teeth to remunerative.
And can't forget taping mouth shut at night to maximize saliva interaction with teeth.
