I've discovered a new challenge to working fully-remote: Daylight Savings Time.
Our headquarters is in a state that observes DST, but my state doesn't. For the next few months, I'm behind most of my coworkers by an hour. Meetings that started early now start *really* early.
That said, this new job has been a great change from working in an office. 10/10, would recommend.
