“People often anchor around the physical when they're assessing the well-being of a civilization. But equally important, is the feeling in the air, the narratives being held. There was no difference in the physical bodies of the Egyptians who built the pyramids and all the Egyptians who came after. It was the why. They found a reason to do it that others could not.
To me, this is my reason. Life is a battle, and any opportunity you gain is likely taken from someone else.”
