It's becoming more difficult to boycot these places if you don't feel like arguing. Even recent i wanted to park somewhere in a city, looked for the machine to pay, non to be found. I could download and app a local told me.. Thing is I have no smartphone...
Lucky i wasn't alone, but did wonder i i hadn't paid if i could argue my reason.
Anyway.. 🤣
