Wanting consent is not bad, but there are severe limits to consent as a metric for whether something is sexually moral or immoral. For instance in the case of sex work, workers are often in the position where they must perform or face economic hardship - violence via deprivation of necessities. They may consider themselves consenting, and their clients may consider them consenting, and even get enthusiastic repeated consent during, yet that economic relationship will always call the whole thing into question.
