I'm from the older end of Gen-X. As a young man, I was taught: "Never stick your dick in crazy." No amount of hot sex was thought to be worth the drama.

Now I'm told that the TikTok kids these days -- the ones who joke about institutionalization as "taking a grippy-socks vacation" -- have a very different motto: "Grippy socks, grippy box."

I'll admit it's catchy, but even if it were true, is it enough to overturn the hard-earned wisdom of the 1980s?
