Its not about "learning" data, or knowing it in the abstract. The AI is about presenting the data to the user that he wants to see, thats what neural nets are for.
And that basically replaces 99.99% of jobs in the intel agencies, except janitor, electrician and IT. A president can just sit in the oval office, take out his iphone, call Chat GPT contact and have a conversation with his one and only spy. Like asking "what is the ten most likely crises in lebanon this year" and the Chat GPT will spit out, and the president can just keep asking prompts if he wants to know more.
Again, the entire IC exists to do this right now, they just do it incredibly badly.
