Then you just haven’t lived the kinds of biz I have. I’ve seen these dynamics work to family’s benefit pretty consistently - but I’ve swam in pretty unorthodox career waters for a long time. I’m probably skewed by seeing a lot of successful small biz ops that grew entirely on the backs of a white man/woman pairing.
It bugs me how people conflate the potential of a well-bred, quality white woman with the middling performance of the modern mutt-THOT today. Women can be wonderful assets when handled and used correctly, it’s arrogance to assume we can handle everything under the sun to absolute perfection.
