Wealth is what others don’t see. It is the cars not purchased. The diamonds not bought. The clothes forgone, and the first-class upgrade declined. It’s assets that haven’t been converted into (unnecessary) stuff. It‘s #Bitcoin in self-custody, a far cry from state arbitrariness.
