I've been taking a different approach on Verified Nostr to handling payment for verifications and paid relay.
Instead of accepting lightning, I'm just leveraging stripe for CC payment.
I do intend to allow lightning payment in the future. But I've been able to automate every aspect of the process from verifications to including folk's pubkeys to the paid relay.
My hope is this will help make it easier to onboard more normies who come for the censorship-resistance of #Nostr
