Maybe I'm just a curmudgeon, but I find the branding at Ko-fi very off-putting. Let's start with the name - how is that pronounced? Not like I thought, but I had to watch one of their videos to learn, and I'm still pronouncing it wrong. Then, the awful color scheme and cutesy art. It just screams "unprofessional" to me.
So, time to try an alternative. Not going back to Patreon, and prefer an existing platform with existing users rather than building something new. Buy me a coffee?
