well, I was fairly skinny in my younger years, but, I wasn’t exactly healthy nor was I capable of lifting anything that resembles weight.
got bigger (fat), lifted lots of weights and started to take my health more seriously than losing weight. it’s weird , but, instead of trying to be skinny or muscular, focusing on my actual health I’ve seen the most actual change in aesthetic, fit of clothing, internal self confidence, self discipline, and actual feeling healthy. also I’m not chasing a number on a scale, I’m working hard on myself everyday to feel better and live longer for my wife and children. in this cruel and shitty world they need leadership and guidance through strong moral character and going through this health journey has allowed me to see my self become stronger through self awareness and self discipline that is truly capable of leading my family
