Pitas are baked. Tabbouleh, tzatzki, and boorani are made. Kefta is ready to go in the oven. All set for our gaming group to show up in 90 minutes! I haven't looking at my GMing notes at all today, but I'm sure it will be fine.

Instead of spinach, I used beet greens to make the boorani this time. Hopefully this experiment turns out fine. Otherwise, I will have a lot of pink boorani that I'll be responsible for finishing on my own.
