The moment of the explosion (at 0:39) -which looks like controlled detonation- at the Ternivka dam near Kurakhove. After the explosion, water from the reservoir started filling the Vovcha river towards the villages of Bahatyr, Andriivka and Oleksiivka. According to local authorities, Kurakhove is not threathened by water.
