So if I understood correctly, #US owes world around 31 trillion dollars and there way of paying it back is by issuing more debt to world aka sucking out time and energy from other efforts around the world.
And this whole scheme works because US can basically bully their way through this with their dirty geo polictics and military might.
Correct me if I am wrong or I missed something.
