Holy shit! It pays to have an articulate on your side when dealing with hospitals. All of a sudden the wife's NG feed tube was out yesterday, she ate some godawful puréed food and was able to swallow and keep it down. And her progress has been so good, there's talk of releasing her to me, to bring her home, as early as next week! Thank you all for your thoughts, prayers, and positivity during this most dreadful time in my life. I can't believe she might be in her own bed by next weekend. LGY!
