I grew up Mennonite and from what I know of the Amish they would be some of the most receptive people to bitcoin in America if only they could get past the technology hurdle. Hard money that they're responsible for, not banks and can't be inflated away by the government.
If someone from fedi could get to them I feel like they could carry around a qr code or nfc chip to buy everything and keep everything on a community mint.
