We only wanted to test the engines. 10% to see if they worked. Well, they work, and way better than we thought. The idea was to build a floating city. The world's full. There's not enough available space for people to live and we can't use the natural reserves and deserts to build cities, so, the sky is the only option. But this project has problems and engines will have to de redesigned. Why? See that blazing down there? It *WAS* a 3 million people town…
