We took down a 35-40ft tall tree between our house and the neighbors. Technically the tree is theirs but they are seniors on a fixed income so I offered to cut it down. I started from the roof with the new pole saw to top it then took down the rest. I left a 2ft stump about 15 inches diameter. They want to mount a seat on it.
