There were so many stories I made up in my head about why I couldn’t achieve this or that.
“I’m just a poker player, I can’t create good content.”
“I can’t have an optimized and healthy body, only he or she can.”
“I can’t learn how to fight, that’s only for certain types of guys.”
The list goes on. I kept myself unnecessarily in a state of fear and worry. I now know it’s possible to break free of the fears and live in a state of peace, love, joy, & abundance. You can achieve anything you want in life. Start that project you’ve always wanted to. Go for a long walk outside. Go say hi to that man or woman you’re drawn to. Get rid of the stories. Get rid of the limiting beliefs. Break free.
