Shoutout to Valve: when I saw "update to user agreement" and "all disputes must be resolved" in one page I was prepared to be upset
"All disputes must be resolved through the court system and not through arbitrarion" is not something I've ever seen in a company's ToS before. Sincere kudos, I'm honestly impressed.
