A new instance that is to my interests has shown up. It's got a single administrator - nothing wrong with that but my current instance social.coop has an amazing governance model and paid moderators. It feels rock solid

I'd consider switching for the community but it just feels risky. The moderator could get busy, sick, etc. My biggest worry is moderation burn out.

Are there better moderation tools on the horizon to make running a smaller instance easier?
