Take a look at today's Libertarian party. It's filled with softees who favor big corporate interests, erosion of privacy, cult of celebrity types.

Much of today's young Libertarian party base have simply accepted, or are even in favor of: government schooling, big companies, and totally open borders.

Moreover, they appear to think that government can be a part of the solution... if only the Libertarian party gets elected.
