It's weird, when I got into electronics, the entire hobby made no fucking sense at all, everything was counterintuitive, everything was confusing.
Why?
Because electricity is taught VERY, VERY, VERY badly.
One lie that had me confused for years: electricity does not follow the "path of least resistance." It follows *ALL* paths. All of them. It just *prefers* the path of least resistance. Like more current is going to flow through a short than anywhere else in the circuit.
