I've had a realization over the summer: I might not be as much an introvert as having mild autism. I did a test and scored borderline.

Over the years, I've heard from people that I display traits of autism. I shrugged it off because I have never had issues with interpreting other people's emotional states.

Reading up on it, I realized that some (many?) autistic individuals have hyper-empathy, which really fits me. I don't even like being evil to NPCs in video games.

Huh.
