This morning I scattered the ashes of my beloved best friend, Cooper, across the backyard where he chased so many balls. It will also be the last time I visit the Maryland home where Jennifer and I spent the last nine years.

Yeah, I've been pretty wrecked all morning. Got a crying headache now. Good memories of a special being and a wonderful home. But I won't miss Maryland nearly as much as I miss Cooper.
