Abu Dhabi will host the capital, Abu Dhabi, during the current January, a number of major sports events in various sports, including equestrian and cycling events, as well as martial arts such as jujitsu and mixed martial arts. The events started with the 12th edition of the Fatima bint Mubarak International Academy Cup, which concluded yesterday with a record-breaking 300 riders from 40 countries. Also, the 7th Regional Power Horse Show, which was held at the Wathba Club, concluded yesterday, attracting a wide audience from international equestrian officials. On the equestrian front, the 18th of January will see the Sheikh Fatima bint Munsour bin Zayed Al Nahyan Ladies' Cup, while the 100km Sheikh Mohammed bin Munsour bin Zayed Al Nahyan Cup for private stables will take place at the Wathba Club.
