The less-than-useful Republican Congressperson for Maryland's Eastern Shore has a terrible web form that doesn't let you send a message to them; it does however capture your email address because despite clicking no newsletters I started getting unsolicited messages. Nothing about what I tried to say about the scuttling of government sites like
https://usaid.gov/ which is still dark.
