Have you ever "lost" yourself in what you're doing?

I have. Whether I'm painting or chopping wood, working on a building or pruning the tomatoes, I find great satisfaction in being so absorbed in what I am doing that the rest of the world, and time itself, just flow by.

And rather than being lost, I feel as if I have found something precious indeed.
