Hopefully it gets sorted out for you quickly. Not sure how you contacted them but they also have a support email address if needed. I also recommend trying other apps. Each has its own strengths and weaknesses. I regularly switch between Primal and Nostur (iOS). If you haven’t tried Nostur, I highly recommend it.
