1936 paper based, building sized hard drive, that holds a lot of czech citizen/company (meta) data. It's not a museum, it's still very much in use today!
Etatist hell. But also much preferable to any more modern versions of the same, because it is very slow and it's hard to "exfiltrate" all the data at once. With social engineering techniques you could perhaps get a few pages on someone, but that's about it. Also if the state wants to know something, it's a very cumbersome and slow which disincetives using it when the matter at hand is not really important anyaway.
