Space is risky, no hotels on Moon or Mars habitation w/o first accepting and taking serious risks and losses during the exploration and settlement. Moon landings wouldn't pass even conceptual approval of modern day NASA. And, if you don't take risks and want it \"safe\" technology won't develop and advance won't happen.",
