People don’t make their own yogurt enough for something that is wildly cheap & easy to do.

For 2L or half my $6 gallon of milk, I get a full litre of thick, rich homemade Greek-style strained yogurt.

But I also get a litre of whey, which I can use in pancakes, bread, & even to tenderize meat.
